We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, address verification issues, product availability, or pricing errors.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be limited-time, limited-quantity, and may be restricted to one-time use.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once the carrier receives your package:

- risk of loss transfers to you, and

- we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery.

7. Buy with Prime (Amazon)

Our Site may offer Buy with Prime, a service powered by Amazon that allows eligible customers to purchase products using their Amazon account and Prime benefits.

When you use Buy with Prime:

- your order is processed by Amazon,

- Amazon handles payment, shipping, and certain customer communications,

- Amazon may share limited order information with us to fulfill your purchase, and

- we do not receive or store your Amazon payment information.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed through Buy with Prime:

- are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon,

- follow Amazon’s delivery timelines, and

- may be covered by Amazon’s delivery guarantees.

Returns

Buy with Prime orders follow the Buy with Prime return process, which may differ from our standard returns. Amazon will manage return authorization, processing, and refunds (if applicable).

By choosing Buy with Prime, you agree to Amazon’s applicable terms and policies, including Amazon’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied, please email support@amishfarmscollection.com and include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we may offer one of the following remedies, in our sole discretion:

- replacement,

- store credit, or

- refund.

Important limitations (to prevent abuse):

- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or confirmed delivery date).

- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a specific product.

- Excessive or repeat refund requests may be denied.

- We may request photos for quality assurance.

- The guarantee does not apply to misuse, intentional damage, or failure to follow product directions.

- This guarantee does not override any mandatory legal consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

9. Product Use, Allergies & Safety Disclaimer

Our soaps are intended for general personal care use only.

15. Discounts & Promotions

- promotions apply only to eligible products specified in the offer;

- discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed;

- promotions may not be combined with other offers;

- “Final Sale” items (if offered) are not eligible for return or refund except as required by law; and

Our satisfaction guarantee, refund policy, and customer support commitments apply only to products purchased directly through our authorized sales channels. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including counterfeit, expired, damaged, altered, or improperly stored products.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action against parties who infringe our trademarks, copyrights, or otherwise misrepresent affiliation with our brand.

 

17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Before starting arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@amishfarmscollection.com with the subject line “Dispute Notice” and provide a brief description of the issue and the relief requested. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed as follows:

Except where prohibited by law, you and Your Home Express, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court.

Class Action Waiver:

You and Your Home Express, LLC agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity, and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

20. Other Important Terms

20.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
