Authorized Retailers

Attempts to resell our goods on Amazon, Walmart, or any other online platform violate federal trademark law and applicable state laws and may constitute tortious interference with a contract when products from the Amish Farms Tin Tub Collection or Amish Farms Sage Soap are purchased for the purpose of unauthorized resale on these platforms.

Amish Farms reserves the right to cancel pending orders, restrict future purchases, or suspend any reseller account if it reasonably believes that:
(i) a reseller has violated the provisions of the Online Selling Policy, or
(ii) intends to do so.

The Online Selling Policy will be enforced by Amish Farms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Resellers have no right to enforce or interpret this policy. Violations may result in sanctions up to and including termination of our business relationship, in addition to any remedies available under law.

Authorized Dealers The only authorized dealers for Amish Farms Soap online are:

AAA Home Basics— exclusive authorized retailer for the Amish Farms Tin Tub Collection and Amish Farms Sage Soap.

Willow Mountain Distributors— national distributor for the Amish Farms Soap line and its related collections.

Any other seller offering Amish Farms products on these platforms is not authorized and may be in violation of Amish Farms’ Online Selling Policy and federal trademark law. Policy Enforcement Amish Farms will take appropriate action against any party engaging in the unauthorized sale of our products, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation of pending or future orders,
• Suspension or termination of reseller accounts, and
• Pursuit of all available remedies under law.

These measures are intended to preserve the integrity of our brand, protect our customers, and ensure that every Amish Farms product purchased online is authentic and handled in accordance with our quality standards.
